PATCHS is an online consultation service that allows you to quickly and easily access GP services.
Answer a few simple questions and PATCHS will get you the help you need.
- You can create an account for PATCHS from home
- Quick & easy to use - just answer a few simple questions to get started
- Avoid long waits for a GP appointment
- Access PATCHS through your GP practice website or your smartphone, at a time that suits you
- You can access a range of services: GP consultations, health advice, fit notes, medications & more
- Video Consultations
To access Patchs visit our website homepage and click on the 'Submit a new request' button next to 'Request GP appointments and advice online'. You will then be re directed to the Patchs website where you can create an account, log in, review current and past queries, submit queries on behalf of someone else.
SystmOnline
To set up SystmOnline for the first time:
- visit the surgery with photo ID so we can confirm your identity
- we will give you a username and password
- go to SystmOnline
NHS App
The NHS App is a simple and secure way to access a range of services on your smartphone or tablet. It is free from app stores. You need to be 16 or over to use the NHS COVID Pass service and registered with an NHS GP practice in England.
Use the NHS App to:
- view your medical record - records available from November 2024
- order repeat prescriptions
- book appointments
- get health advice
- register your organ donation decision
- get your NHS COVID Pass – view and share for domestic use or travel abroad
You will need a working mobile phone and email address to be able to create a login. To access, simply go to the App Store on your mobile or tablet and download the NHS App. Follow the simple and easy to use registration process to set up and access your account.
